A diferencia de la programaci\u00f3n tradicional, donde se le indica a la m\u00e1quina cada paso que debe seguir, el ML permite que las m\u00e1quinas aprendan a partir de datos y mejoren su rendimiento con el tiempo.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>\u00bfC\u00f3mo funciona el Machine Learning?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><em><strong>El proceso de ML se basa en tres pilares fundamentales:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Datos:<\/strong> La materia prima del ML. Los datos pueden ser estructurados (n\u00fameros, fechas) o no estructurados (texto, im\u00e1genes).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Algoritmos:<\/strong> Las f\u00f3rmulas matem\u00e1ticas que permiten a las m\u00e1quinas aprender a partir de los datos. Existen diversos tipos de algoritmos, cada uno con sus propias fortalezas y debilidades.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Modelos:<\/strong> Representaciones aprendidas a partir de los datos que permiten a las m\u00e1quinas realizar predicciones o tomar decisiones.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Tipos de Machine Learning:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong><em>El ML se puede clasificar en dos categor\u00edas principales:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Aprendizaje supervisado:<\/strong> En este enfoque, se proporciona a la m\u00e1quina un conjunto de datos de entrenamiento con entradas (datos) y salidas deseadas (etiquetas). La m\u00e1quina aprende a mapear las entradas a las salidas y luego puede realizar predicciones para nuevos datos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Aprendizaje no supervisado:<\/strong> En este caso, no se proporcionan etiquetas a la m\u00e1quina.
