Chiper es una startup colombiana fundada en 2018 que se dedica a digitalizar y optimizar los procesos de abastecimiento de las tiendas de barrio. Su plataforma permite a los pequeños comerciantes realizar pedidos de inventario de manera eficiente, consolidando sus compras y permitiendo recibir productos al día siguiente.

Servinformation desempeñó un papel clave al desarrollar un modelo de filtrado colaborativo, mensajería IA y mejorar su bot ASIS, incrementando la precisión de recomendaciones y ayudando a la generación de mensajes relacionados con los clientes.
La colaboración con Chiper contribuyó a la satisfacción del cliente. La automatización de flujos críticos, a través del bot ASIS permitió una mejor gestión de interacciones con los clientes. Se logró un crecimiento en las ventas por WhatsApp. Con los modelos de IA implementados, la tasa de conversión se incrementó, cumpliendo las expectativas y demostrando un impacto positivo en el negocio.

Challenge
Optimizar las recomendaciones de productos en tiendas de barrio. Implementamos un modelo de filtrado colaborativo que permitiera mejorar la precisión de las sugerencias, generando pedidos más eficientes. Además, mejorar el bot ASIS, facilitando interacciones más intuitivas y efectivas, con el fin de incrementar la satisfacción del cliente y la eficiencia.
Solution
Se brindó una solución integral a Chiper en GCP con tecnología de punta. usando Dialogflow para mejorar y optimizar el bot ASIS, generando interacciones precisas y naturales a los usuarios. Se implementó VERTEX AI y GEMINI API para los modelos de msj con IA de clientes con ventas poco frecuentes. Además, se desarrolló el modelo de filtrado colaborativo para optimizar recomendaciones de productos.
Outcome
Automatización de flujos importantes, como seguimiento de pedidos y cancelaciones, permitió una disminución del contact rate en 3 puntos porcentuales, bajando del 10% al 7%. Además, se observó un crecimiento en las ventas por WhatsApp, aumentando del 0.8% al 1.1%. Se logró que la tasa de conversión alcanzara un nivel superior al 74%, con 10 puntos porcentuales por encima del grupo de tratamiento.
