The project
Detektor is an organization founded in 1994 with coverage in 9 Latin American countries. It conceives, designs, develops, manufactures, and markets products, services, and comprehensive solutions in security, monitoring, location, identification, remote management, and relationship marketing.
Objective
The project stood out for optimizing service availability, giving customers more uptime and reliability. This was achieved through Google's technology security and the convenience of the cloud, which reduced operational tasks and expanded functionality through the more than 200 services available in Google Cloud.

The challenge
Detektor needed to regain the trust of internal and external customers due to frequent service disruptions caused by its infrastructure in a private data center. The main challenge was to migrate all its services to Google Cloud Platform with as little downtime as possible and maintain service availability above 99%.
The solution
Servinformación provided a Google Cloud-certified team to support Detektor's migration. They defined structures, configured Shared VPC, Networking, Cloud VPN, and high-availability architectures with Cloud Load Balancer and Cloud DNS. They also designed architectures for VMs and workloads in Kubernetes Engine, ensuring security with Cloud Security Command Center.
Project results
The collaboration with Detektor stands out for efficiently replicating virtual machines in Google Cloud, achieving rapid scalability and reliability. It also enabled agile cloud environments for innovation and effective resource management through security and networking practices, strengthening cybersecurity across multiple countries of operation.
