Purpose
Generate a change and transformation management plan that fits the client to strengthen skills in Google Workspace, promoting both Google and Servinformación as leaders in solutions.
Challenge
Reduction of licensing costs with third-party tools for communication and collaboration such as zoom, slack, among others, promoting the use of the environment Google Workspace to meet these needs.
Solution
Google Workspace tools such as Apps Script, AppSheet, Gmail, Calendar, Chat, Meet, Drive were used as a solution to reduce costs with third-party tools, generating a collaborative environment and increasing productivity in processes and procedures.
Outcome
The successful transition to Google Workspace was a great achievement for CNID. Costs were significantly reduced and collaboration in the cloud was improved, which strengthened communication with customers. In addition, paradigms were eliminated and productivity was increased in real time, reinforcing the organization's security.
For CNID, the process that was carried out with Servinformación was decisive, since they gave us all their support, always solving our doubts and generating an environment conducive to organizational change, eliminating paradigms and providing alternative solutions to our needs framed within Google Workspace. .
