The project
Support for migrating and optimizing Doctor Assistant's workloads from Amazon Web Services to Google Cloud Platform, ensuring an efficient, strategic transition during infrastructure modernization.
Doctor Assistant is an innovative AI platform that automates medical consultation records. It transcribes consultation audio, automatically generates medical histories, and manages data, freeing doctors to focus on the patient. Accessible via web, mobile app, and extension, it optimizes healthcare workflows and efficiency.
The challenge
Doctor Assistant faced the common healthcare-sector challenge of migrating and optimizing its infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform. The project aimed to move servers, databases, and storage, gaining cost, performance, and scalability benefits to modernize its processes and explore new approaches in healthcare.
The solution
A robust solution was implemented by migrating workloads from Amazon Web Services to Google Cloud Platform. It included Compute Engine for virtual machines, databases migrated through backup and restore, and Cloud Storage for terabytes of files, with scalable infrastructure and configurations to ensure security and resilience throughout the system.
The result
The collaboration enabled the successful migration and optimization of infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform, with a significant reduction in operating costs. This provided a robust, scalable, and secure platform using technologies such as Cloud SQL, Compute Engine, and Cloud Armor.
“The partnership with Servinformación was essential to our digital transformation. By migrating to Google Cloud, we optimized our infrastructure, reduced costs, gained scalability, and were able to focus more on serving our end customer, with efficiency and excellent support.” Rafael Freitas de Morais, CTO, Doctor Assistant.
