Challenge
Konvex enfrentaba procesos lentos para integrar nuevos sistemas a su API. La recopilación manual de información tardaba más de una semana. El desafío era automatizar estos procedimientos para robustecer la calidad y reducir los tiempos, permitiendo una incorporación más eficiente y rápida de nuevas funcionalidades a su oferta de servicios API para clientes.
Solution
Implementamos una solución con IA para generar código desde la documentación de sistemas ERP, optimizando integraciones. Usamos servicios en la nube de Google para centralizar y asegurar la información, automatizamos su gestión y sincronizamos con el repositorio del cliente. Finalmente, transferimos el conocimiento al equipo para su operación y mantenimiento.
Outcome
Konvex enfrentaba un proceso lento y manual para incorporar nuevas funciones en sus sistemas, lo que limitaba su capacidad de respuesta. Con el apoyo de Servinformación, automatizaron tareas clave como la lectura de documentación y la generación de código. Así redujeron errores, aceleraron los tiempos y mejoraron la calidad y escalabilidad de su desarrollo.
