The challenge
For Unidad de Salud Ocupacional, providing high-quality services to both internal and external users is very important. Google Workspace therefore offered an excellent opportunity to create a collaborative environment with organizational security and the communication and management tools needed to maintain its standards and corporate culture.
The solution
A direct migration was performed using the tool in the Google Workspace Admin console.
Project results
The transition to GWS was seamless and involved no loss of information. A change management, communication, and training process was implemented to ensure adoption and productivity. Training on GWS communication and collaboration tools fostered a collaborative environment and opportunities for internal improvement.
