Ediciones Legales implementa Agente IA para consultas en Ecuador
Servinformation fue clave en el desarrollo e implementación de un Agente de IA con tecnología generativa, mejorando la atención al usuario y automatizando respuestas en consultas legales en Ecuador. El agente se integró en el sitio web.

Challenge
Ediciones Legales requería un modelo propio en Google cloud, con el objetivo de mejorar la interacción con clientes, dar autonomía de gestión al equipo de TI y asegurar el control total del producto y conocimiento, eliminando la dependencia externa.
Solution
Aprovechando herramientas de Google cloud como Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, DataFlow y Vertex IA, se implementó una solución que permite realizar consultas sobre temas legales del Ecuador, procesa las preguntas de los usuarios, interpreta su intención y entrega respuestas precisas basadas en la legislación ecuatoriana, optimizando y mejorando considerablemente la experiencia del usuario.
Outcome
Como resultado de esta solución, se logró reducir el tiempo de respuesta a las consultas legales de los clientes, se logra una alta precisión en la interpretación de preguntas gracias al uso de inteligencia artificial, soporta una gran cantidad de consultas sin degradación del rendimiento y se incrementó la satisfacción del usuario, al ofrecer una experiencia más ágil y confiable.
