Gobernación del Valle – Observatorio de Información de Salud
Servinformación adaptó la solución a las necesidades de la Gobernación del Valle, ofreciendo capacitaciones y acompañamiento continuo. Así, el equipo de trabajo pudo maximizar las capacidades de la herramienta y obtener resultados tangibles pronto.
La Gobernación del Valle, se encarga de liderar el desarrollo sostenible del Valle del Cauca, promoviendo la equidad, el bienestar y la participación ciudadana, a través de una gestión pública transparente y eficiente.
Este proyecto marca un hito en la transformación digital de la gestión pública en el Valle del Cauca, estableciendo un nuevo estándar en la toma de decisiones informadas. El Observatorio de Salud se ha consolidado como una herramienta estratégica para impulsar la planificación basada en evidencia, garantizando la sostenibilidad y eficacia de nuestros sistemas de salud a largo plazo.

Challenge
La Gobernación del Valle enfrentaba el desafío común de muchas organizaciones: tomar decisiones estratégicas basadas en datos dispersos. El proyecto soluciona este problema al centralizar la información en un único observatorio, permitiendo una toma de decisiones más ágil y precisa.
Solution
With Google cloud y Looker Studio, la Gobernación del Valle y Servinformación desarrollaron un observatorio de salud innovador. Esta solución permite visualizar datos complejos de manera sencilla, facilitando la identificación de patrones y la generación de insights valiosos. Gracias a esta herramienta, la Gobernación puede tomar decisiones más informadas y acercar la información a los ciudadanos.
Outcome
El Observatorio de Información de Salud de la Gobernación del Valle ha permitido:
- Mayor visibilidad de indicadores clave de salud en el departamento,
- Mejorar la comunicación de los resultados a la ciudadanía, y
- Transparencia en la gestión de los recursos públicos destinados a la salud, contribuyendo así a fortalecer la confianza de la población en las instituciones.
