Challenge
Compensar, una plataforma de bienestar integral, enfrentaba el desafío de equilibrar la alta demanda de soporte al cliente con costos bajos, manteniendo una experiencia de calidad. Estaban en busca de una solución digital y no asistida para la atención de los usuarios, que fuera fácil, intuitiva y sencilla de utilizar.
Solution
Este proyecto nace como una iniciativa del cliente con el objetivo de optimizar sus procesos internos. Compensar buscó una solución tecnológica para agilizar la atención a sus usuarios. Desarrollamos un ‘bot maestro’ que centraliza toda la información de la Caja en un único medio de contacto para el usuario, mejorando significativamente la eficiencia y la productividad.
Outcome
Se construyó un Masterbot compuesto por varios bots que responden a diferentes consultas de los usuarios de Compensar en servicios como afiliaciones, deportes, subsidios, turismo, vivienda, créditos, entre otros. Estos bots cuentan con capacidades transaccionales, logradas mediante integraciones con las APIs core del negocio y la migración de algunos bots existentes.
