The project
Hospital Angeles Health System, Mexico's largest private healthcare system, seeks to migrate to a scalable cloud solution to integrate data, accelerate responses, and provide agile, secure, predictive analytics. Its goal is to modernize infrastructure, reduce costs, and enable real-time decisions, laying the foundations for AI and advanced analytics.
The move to BigQuery transformed the organization. Today we have a scalable, optimized architecture that supports strategic decisions. BigQuery provides speed, traceability, and data governance. We now have the foundation to advance into advanced analytics and AI.

The challenge
Hospital Ángeles faces the challenge of managing exponential growth in its operations, data, and systems. It requires a scalable, flexible cloud solution that centralizes information from 27 hospitals and multiple data sources and enables agile decision-making, with the ability to integrate with modern AI-supported visualization tools.
The solution
Servinformación led the migration to a Data Warehouse on Google BigQuery, taking advantage of its processing power, AI integration, and ability to analyze large data volumes. We used Aecorsoft to extract data from source systems and created a Data Lakehouse with Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers to optimize storage, querying, and analysis.
Project results
A total of 456 data items were successfully migrated, including 390 from databases and 66 flat files, with an approximate volume of 903 GB. A scalable, optimized architecture was established in BigQuery, laying the foundations for future advanced analytics, AI, and Machine Learning initiatives.
