Este proyecto marca un avance en la digitalización de los procesos logísticos de entregas a domicilio. La nueva página Mabe Tracking permite el seguimiento de pedidos y brinda mayor transparencia al cliente, mientras que la aplicación móvil para transportistas mejora la trazabilidad y eficiencia. Challenge
Mabe buscaba continuar con la modernización de su modelo de entregas y seguimiento de pedidos, con el objetivo de ofrecer mayor trazabilidad, eficiencia operativa y una experiencia de cliente más fluida. La clave era integrarse eficazmente con sus socios logísticos y escalar sus procesos mediante una plataforma digital robusta y flexible.
Solution
Creamos Mabe Tracking: un portal web y app móvil que conectan en tiempo real con los operadores logísticos. Con una arquitectura robusta de APIs en Google cloud, brindan visibilidad, trazabilidad y registro de eventos, revolucionando el modelo operativo y la experiencia del cliente final.
Outcome
La solución ayudó a seguir mejorando la trazabilidad de entregas en tiempo real, redujo los tiempos de respuesta al cliente y mejoró la visibilidad del estado de los pedidos. Además, optimizó la gestión de incidencias y consolidó un canal confiable de registro de eventos y evidencias para todas las partes involucradas, incluyendo transportistas, equipos operativos, marketplaces y clientes directos
