Challenge
Al desarrollar un agente de IA para recomendación de medicamentos y suministrar analítica avanzada, Servinformation facilitó que los médicos tomen decisiones más informadas, precisas y contextualizadas, lo que se traduce en una mejora significativa en la calidad de la atención al paciente y la eficiencia operativa.
Solution
Servinformación utilizó herramientas de Google cloud como Vertex AI para entrenar modelos de recomendación, BigQuery para analizar grandes volúmenes de datos médicos, y Looker Studio para visualizar resultados, integrando todo en una solución escalable y segura.
Outcome
La precisión de recomendación evalúa qué tan acertadas son las sugerencias de medicamentos, el tiempo promedio de respuesta refleja la eficiencia del sistema, y la reducción en errores de prescripción evidencia su impacto en la seguridad y calidad del tratamiento.
