MiDocOnline (a platform developed by Bold Blue Technologies, S.A.P.I. de C.V.) is a 100% Mexican telemedicine platform designed to improve quality of life, enabling users to access healthcare and digital wellness anywhere, anytime.
With Servinformación's support and expertise in advanced analytics, we developed an artificial intelligence agent that recommends medications with greater accuracy and clinical context. This has enabled our doctors to make better-informed, safer decisions for their patients.

The challenge
By developing an AI agent for medication recommendations and providing advanced analytics, Servinformación enabled physicians to make more informed, accurate, and contextualized decisions, resulting in a significant improvement in the quality of patient care and operational efficiency.
The solution
Servinformación used Google Cloud tools such as Vertex AI to train recommendation models, BigQuery to analyze large volumes of medical data, and Looker Studio to visualize results, integrating everything into a secure, scalable solution.
Project results
Recommendation accuracy measures how appropriate medication suggestions are, average response time reflects system efficiency, and the reduction in prescription errors demonstrates its impact on treatment safety and quality.
