Dulce Inteligencia Artificial del Grupo Agroindustrial Riopaila

Gracias a la colaboración entre Google Cloud y Servinformación, pudimos acceder a información en tiempo real y realizar consultas en lenguaje natural, entregando resultados de manera oportuna para la toma de decisiones, apuntando a la eficiencia operativa y aumentando la competitividad. Challenge
Riopaila tenía dificultades para adoptar una herramienta que permitiera acceder eficientemente a los datos de SAP para generar informes financieros y productivos. El proceso era lento, afectando la agilidad en la toma de decisiones. El proyecto con IA Generativa optimizó este proceso, reduciendo significativamente los tiempos y mejorando la eficiencia operativa.
Solution
Se implementó un asistente de inteligencia artificial con Google Cloud, usando BigQuery para análisis de datos, Generative AI de Vertex AI para consultas en lenguaje natural y Dialogflow para el chat. Esto mejoró la toma de decisiones, eficiencia y competitividad en el mercado TAT.
Outcome
El Bot implementado ofrece una alta velocidad de respuesta, mejora continuamente gracias a su capacidad de aprendizaje, y permite consultar métricas financieras y de producción en tiempo real, optimizando la toma de decisiones.
