Línea Directa desarrolla productos para diferentes marcas y cuenta con múltiples canales de distribución lo que le genera grandes volúmenes de información y transacciones entre diferentes sistemas de información. Requiere una estrategia para la centralización de datos, seguridad y capacidad de cómputo para el tratamiento y explotación de sus datos.
Solution
Línea Directa y Servinformación trabajaron juntos para desarrollar una estrategia de datos centralizada “Data Lake”, usando servicios como VPN, Data Fusión, Dataproc, Bigquery y Cloud Storage, entre otros. Esto garantizó una plataforma segura y confiable, permitiendo a Línea Directa gestionar servicios en la nube eficientemente con soporte experto disponible las 24 horas.
Outcome
Línea Directa obtuvo beneficios importantes en la centralización de los silos de información, disponibilización de una única versión de la verdad para su datos en las diferentes áreas del negocio, acceso en tiempo real para la mejor toma de decisiones, aceleró el desarrollo de productos basado en la disponibilidad de datos en tiempo real, implementación de estrategias de mercadeo para la promoción.
