SOPESA optimiza su facturación con soluciones cloud
Se implementó una solución para optimizar la facturación de SOPESA utilizando modelos de reconocimiento óptico de caracteres, que permiten la ingesta automatizada de documentos y la validación en tiempo real de datos clave extraídos.

Challenge
En el sector empresarial, la gestión de facturación suele ser un proceso manual propenso a errores y demoras. SOPESA tiene el desafío de procesar grandes volúmenes de facturas y la validación manual de los documentos que esto involucra. La automatización y optimización de este proceso permite reducir costos, mejorar la precisión y optimizar tiempos.
Solution
Automatizamos la extracción de datos datos de documentos de identidad para SOPESA con una solución integrada a Salesforce, desarrollada con Apps Script y tecnología en la nube. La implementación redujo errores, optimizó tiempos operativos y mejoró la facturación. El respaldo de Google Cloud aseguró precisión, estabilidad y una mejor toma de decisiones.
Outcome
1. Validación de pagos: Se logró validar adecuada y eficientemente los pagos de contado y crédito, obteniendo resultados precisos y rápidos. 2. Validación de documentación del cliente: Se garantiza que la información sea coherente y precisa, asegurando la exactitud de la facturación. 3. Tiempos de respuesta: Se tiene agilidad en la respuesta de aproximadamente 3 seg por oportunidad.
Con la solución implementada, hemos logrado agilizar nuestro proceso de facturación, reduciendo significativamente los tiempos de procesamiento y minimizando errores. La integración con Salesforce ha sido clave para centralizar información y optimizar nuestros flujos de trabajo, permitiéndonos enfocarnos en actividades de mayor valor para el negocio.
