The Financial Superintendency of Colombia is a technical body attached to the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, with legal status, administrative and financial autonomy, and its own assets. and has the purpose of ensuring that the Financial System contributes effectively to the progress of companies and people.

The objective of the project is to develop three services and software with their configuration, parameterization, integration and support, for the implementation of the model to optimize the filing, processing, monitoring and follow-up process.
The challenge
Store, extract and analyze the information derived from said management using data science tools and location-based services. The virtualized infrastructure on a global scale for the structuring and implementation of a Data Lake that allows the Financial Superintendence of Colombia to centralize all existing information.
Solution
External users connect through a load balancer. The root of the domain is fed directly from the load balancer (They handle three types of profiles, but all users connect directly). The load balancer divides the corresponding traffic according to what can be scheduled or used in the different tools.
Results
Count by 2022 with a Data Lake implemented in Google cloud that centralizes complaints, is scalable and has high availability.
The consumption of APIs to validate addresses entered within the complaints at the national level had to be in free format, this means that it must
accept the different abbreviations for Streets (calle, CL, Clle, Cll), Carreras (KR, Kra, Cr, Cra), Diagonals (DG, diag), Transversales (TV, trans, tranv, trvs) and other types such as Avenida Calle , Avenida Carrera, Circular, etc, and it works very well.
